    I recently had a hearing with the LRC. At the hearing my previous employer was asked to supply additional information which I was told I would be copied on. The information has since been sent to the LRC on a confidential basis and I am not being allowed to see it. Can the Rights Commissioners make a recommendation based on this evidence?
