Getting free to air channels from SKY dish to TV with inbuilt digital tuner

Sorry in advance - very new to all this

I have a TV in the bedroom that picks up the Saorview channels with an inbuilt tuner. If I put a Quad LNB on my Sky dish, I can run a cable from the dish to the bedroom.

Will the tuner pick up the free to air channels from the Sky dish and if it will how will I connect it. I have an aerial running into the coax input picking up Saorview. Can I put the Sky dish feed into the coax input with a splitter?

If the tv doesn't have a satellite tuner, it won't do anything with the satellite signal.

The TV has a digital tuner. Is this the same as a satellite tuner or do I need a set top box ?

Some tvs have integrated satellite tuners, but it would be clearly stated in the specs & used as a selling point, more than likely with Freesat branding.
