Shelbourne U8/U9 - players needed

    Hi there,

    Shelbourne FC require players of all abilities born 2004 (U8)/2003 (U9) to train with coach Dermot Keely (ex Shelbourne 1st team coach).

    Training this weekend (11am Saturday 27 August) at the AUL complex in Clonsaugh - contact Dermot on 085 8017102.

    Dermot Keely sent off in 1st match in charge shocker!!!

    I can confirm that Shels U9 supremo, Dermot Keely, was shown the red card a few minutes into the crunch friendly today between Shels U9 and their Bohemians counterparts. The referee was left with no choice as a clearly incensed Keely hotly disputed a clear Shels throw in which was awarded to Bohs. Children were offered councilling afterwards as match stewards lead Keely away to the car park..........

    U9 football was never as exciting!!

    Tune in next week forthe next installment!! Shels won 2:1 BTW but the result wasn't important...Please bring your children, born 2003/2004 to join in the Keely revolution - contact the mobile no above!!!
