They're pretty bullit-proof and handle and ride exceptionally well. Handsome too IMO.

I had one, a pre-facelift. I was just thinking lately how much I liked it. The facelifted model was supposed to be slightly more refined and quiet which would solve the one minor flaw I noticed. A VERY underrated car on Boards where everyone is Skoda-mad.
