Acoustic Band? - Dublin

    Would anyone be interested in starting an acoustic band? I think it would be pretty cool, especially if there were a few unusual instruments (like a harp or mandolin). I have played in a proper band, but prefer an acoustic sound.

    I'm a 25 yo guitarist.

    Anything ever happen with this OP?

    I've been playing guitar about 10 years (though I've stagnated a bit for the last 5 years ha!)

    Never been in a band, but interested in joining up with one.

    I play a bit of piano too.

    Acoustic-type influences would be the likes of: Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, James Taylor, Ray Lamontagne, Tom Waits, Mick Flannery, Leonard Cohen, and lots of Irish ballady stuff :)

    I started a band a few weeks ago, I play acoustic and harmonica and sing, and have a bassist and drummer. Would b very interested in adding some musicians, like mandolin, fiddle, it is a folk band, and i love acoustic sound! Let me know if anyone wants to even jam with us...
