Hi there i recently had an interview in dunlaoighaire i had the interview 2 weeks ago and then i had like an apptitude test. its been a week now since i had the apptitude and havent heard from them, i was just wondering is there anybody else waiting. i actually think that i did ok both times.
i feel awful i cant even sleep that good either, i know its stupid.confused.gif

I know exactly how you feel.

I had an interview in June and it took 3 weeks to get any feedback. Interview went really well and I was asked suitable times for 2nd interviews etc so left with really good feeling.

Eventually came back 3 weeks later and was told I did not have enough experience for role, which is utter rubbish.

Then 3 weeks ago I had another interview which again went well and I'm still waiting to hear. Obviously I'm not getting the job.

It's all the symptoms of current market where employers have plenty of choice, can dither and not realise what effect it has on an applicant.

Terrible I know, sorry if my post depresses you but it could also be that the decision make is away etc.

My advice is to not stop looking after interviews, keep applying for other jobs. Don't lose out on other opportunities as you feel you may get another job.

Keep slogging away and something will come up. Good luck

It depends on the company. With some companies, it's not unusual to wait three weeks or more before getting feedback, not necessarily negative feedback either.
