    FiiO just released a new version of the E5, namely the E6. You can read a review of it here: http://www.inearmatters.net/2011/08/reveiw-fiio-e6.html

    I guess you could try that, but honestly 250 Ohm headphones are not for portable use at all, and you better be confident that your home setup is able to power them suitably too.

    they have an e11 out now :P
    but i might have found a headphone amp that'll power the 250ohm headphones outside so i can travel and listen to quality music at the same time this little amp seems incredible its no bigger then a set of keys and costs around $60 (:

    The E11 and E6 are different lines. The E11 came out a while back, as well as the E7 and E9.

    arent they all made by FiiO tho?
    im just worried if the amp im thinking about getting ships here and works as it says it will with the beyer DT 770 pro headphones
