    I haven't even though the woman on the phone said she'd send me one. Any idea when they're sent out??

    I've mine. I think :confused:

    Is it meant to include pages about fees and a little booklet of times for Orientation?

    Does it have your student ID number on the bit about enrollment? If so then that's it :)

    i didnt get any student id number until the orientation day when they took our pictures and printed the cards?:confused:

    Oh so you didn't get a number to enrol online? If so then thank god..that means I don't have to worry :L I haven't had anything but a letter from Plassey village in the post :L

    No, your student ID IS on your orientation pack, you can find it on the bank giro page. You need it to enrol before your orientation day.

    I'm sure if you rang and gave your CAO number or something they'd be able to give you your ID. I'm sure it's not the end of the world if you don't get it done by orientation day.

    i taught it was the cao number u enrolled with :confused:

    I had to log into the portal with my student ID.

    Hi guys,

    Just to let you know that your CAO number and UL ID number (which you need to enrol online before you attend orientation) are two different numbers.

    Your UL ID number can be found on the bank giro in your orientation pack.
    You need to enrol online before attending orientation!!

    If you have any questions about enrolling or anything else you can contact the Orientation Helpline on 061-202714

    Thank you for the help :) I'm going to go into the student service place on Monday and ask what the story is since I haven't got my pack yet when I was told I would so I'll see how that goes :)
