Does anyone have a number for Sky Ireland HQ - not the 0818 numbers? I've tried 01 6147776 and 021 4580920 to no avail.

I'm on the verge of going postal with them. I've been passed around all of the various call centres in the UK and no-one can help me - I'll spare you all the details save to say it's a complaint.

It's obviously something big that you're complaining about, so it may actually be best to go postal with it. You could go simple doing this over the phone. I worked in a call centre for two years (hated the place, but have to say few places give better customer service than this company does) and any letter we got was treated waaaay more seriously than the most stubborn "I want to speak to your supervisor" call. Once they see that you're putting it in writing, they know you're serious and will hopefully deal with it appropriately.

Thanks! I was referring to the US version of "going postal" (slang) but take on board what you said.

Given the choice of posting a strongly worded letter of complaint or turning up at Sky Offices with an AK47, I know where my head is at right now....and in case any Gardai are monitoring boards, I'm just getting some writing paper and a ball point pen out.:)

Yes, writing to them works. They'll call you.
