Planner on Sky Box empty

Hi, just a weird thing this morning. All the programmes in my planner have disappeared today. It says 'Searching for listings...please wait', but it's been like that for quite a while now. Also, just on the channels, the little info window that appears when you swtich channels is misisng the little icons at the bottom, eg…

Also, just on the channels, the little info window that appears when you swtich channels is misisng the little icons at the bottom, eg 'channel +/-' and 'fav/last'. Is there any way to sort this out? I have done the little trick for adding the UK channels to the EPG, so don't really wanna unplug the box.

reboot it . unplug for a few seconds..
and start again.
