how to get emails on blackberry

    ok, ive a pain in my arse with blackberry...

    in the messages bit. there is a mixture of texts and emails..

    how do i have a shortcut to both seperatly? without going in and seperating them each time...??

    is there an actual email function or app that just lets me check and send emails without having to go near my texts?

    such an idiotic system :(

    It depends on the type of Blackberry you have.

    Try this

    Open your messages folder, select options from menu, into general options and at bottom make sure "SMS and Email Inboxes" option is set at "Seperate"

    You now get a seperate new folder called SMS & MMS in applications, take the standard "Messages" folder and hide it.

    Hopefully it works :)

    ah,, found it,,,

    pressed the blackberry button,

    the again, and clicked show all..

    and there it was, hiding,, the bastard
