Form 12a Question -is this the correct address to post to?

    Hi guys,

    I have my form 12 filled out and ready to send off, but I cant find the right address, the instructions just say to send it to the local revenue office.

    Ive found This page but it has a hell of a lot of different addresses on it,

    would this be the right address to send it to?
    9/15 Upper O'Connell Street, Dublin 1.

    just making sure, dont want to send it to the wrong place and getting lost.

    Don't worry , if you addressed it to PO Box No 1 , Co Wexford , it would still find its way to the correct destination .

    9/15 Upper O'Connell Street looks fine to me , or you could send it to 85/93 Lower Mount Street , Dublin 2 .

    Keep a photocopy of everything and write '' freepost ' in the top right-hand corner .( no stamps required )
