Is there a season for club cricket?

I have just moved in to Dublin and would like to play some cricket. Is there a club season or do leagues run all year round? Thanks

The official Leinster leagues run from mid April until September. Some clubs play a few friendlies in winter and most clubs begin winter nets around February but most cricket will be played during the months mentioned above.

just to add if you go to www.cricketleinster.ie you can see a list of all the clubs in Dublin by geography so it shoudl help you find your closest club. All the contact details are on there aswell.
