Asos returns

I ordered about 40 things from Asos. The sizes were bizarre to say the least so I have to return about 30 of them.

I see the return address is athlone, Westmeath.
I live about ten mins from the business park, could I bring it in person?

I'd say your best bet would be to contact them via their website and ask. They are very quick to respond to queries. Or ask on their Twitter/Facebook pages.

I received 3 items today, all the same size but one was huge on me. It's so hard to know.

The twitter account asos_heretohelp is super helpful & v. quick to respond.

You could also directly ring DPD and ask if they accept hand deliveries - they're a bit awkward.

It's the DPD office thats in Athlone. I say just send it off in the post like you normally would, you wouldn't be saving yourself much time by bringing it down to the warehouse.
