Add RAM?

    Hi
I have a Fujitsu Siemens PC
    Intel (R) Core(Tm)2 CPU
    6300 @ 1.86GHz
    1.58GHz, 0.98GB of RAM
Running Widows XP Pro, Ver 2002, SP3.

Problem is PC runs very slow - especially when loading programs like IE, Firefox, Outlook, etc. - even with nothing else running.

Been through task manager, and removed everything I feel comfortable removing.

Wondering whether adding RAM would be worth the effort?

Any thoughts? Also - if I should add RAM, any suggestions for what to buy?
