Kirkland Minoxidil,legal in Ireland?

    Hi I'm just wondering if anyone knows if this product is legal in Ireland?. I've seen it for sale on-line inside and outside Ireland,but doubt if it's available in the shops and therefore I'm not sure if it's legal here although I'm sure it's safe. I've been successfuly using Rogaine,which is virtually the same as Kirkland but is far cheaper.

    If I buy it from abroad it may be stopped by customs,medicine can't be imported can it? but if I buy it on-line,even from an Irish source,I'm not sure if I'd trust the seller.

    Does anyone know of it's status or should I just ask in a chemist?.

    Can't import medicines. Best to ask your pharmacist.

    Is minoxidl precription medicine though. Pretty sure I've seen Regaine and the like in UK supermarkets

    This might have been better in long term illness.
    But in the Science forums we don't give ANY medical advice ever.
