Hi all,
I'm looking for a new laptop with decent battery life for college (no gaming or anything, just need microsoft office, email, internet).
Ideally I'd like at least:
15.6 in screen

2nd generation i3 processor or equivalent

4GB DDR3 RAM

320GB hard drive

3 USB ports

3 year warranty

My budget is about €550, what are my chances?

Do a search of the forum, pretty much every second thread is someone looking for a 500 euro laptop, so there's plenty of suggestions floating around!

One question though, is this processor 2nd generation i3? It's referred to as "Intel Core i3 dual core T2310M processor" but the T2310 is an Intel Pentium processor according to Google!

Hey, also looking for a laptop for around this price (under preferably).

I don't need it for anything fancy, pretty much just internet etc... Preferably something not too bulky.

This one says it comes with Microsoft office and anti virus on trial, does anyone know how long the trial lasts and also can Microsoft office be got cheaper elsewhere as their price for the package seems pretty expensive.
