I, the undersigned, Wlodzimierz Jerzy Pawlikowski, to inform the crime by a worker of Social Welfare Centre located in Warsaw-Wlochy, Czeresniowa Street.

So people over 65, disabled, etc. I am a 67-year old, permanently disabled, homeless, with no benefit other than the permanent means of subsistence. Such was the decision of the medical committee as early as 2000. Documents are available at the Social Welfare Centre (SWC). I was granted the permanent allowance, which currently amounts to 444 zł (110 Euro). This benefit pays me every month Municipal Social Assistance Centre (MSAC) in Lodz. Why Lodz? It was my last domicile. And according to law (pushed through by J. Hausner) I am assigned to him as the man to the ground. Although at this address I have not lived since 1989. It is obligatory. But to MSAC in Lodz be able to sent my benefit to Warsaw, where I live now, every six months, according to law, I need to be interviewed by the local Social Assistance Centre for my current situation (hasn’t it changed that much, so I wouldn’t charge poor Polish State).
Poor Polish state would like to eat cake using the affirmation of the EU and have the cake by not portraying it in life. Anyway under the Act, SWC in Warsaw was obliged to carry with me such a routine interview. If only because for a long period (3 years) was on its premises. During this period of three years Mrs Agnieszka Marszalek has been conducting such interviews with me. Currently she doesn’t want to, saying that I must have some accommodation. And meanwhile I'm homeless. However, this does not deprive me of acquired rights. When asked whether the mayor of Warsaw-Wlochy might grant me social housing, he vaguely corresponds and recommends me lodgings, which is far too small to accommodate all the homeless.
And besides, nightmarish night in a shelter costs an average of 300 zł per month, which in my case out of the sum of 444 zł allowed me to survive the month makes 144 zł ($ 50 or 35 Euro). For comparison, my counterpart in the Netherlands receives 800 Euro, 700 Euro in Sweden. And Poland supposed to be a green island in a sea of ​​raging crisis? According to this calculation I have a question: is it possible to survive the month for the amount of 144 zł? That is the social welfare we have in Poland. Quack, quack, quack, and again. Total callousness. If in activity of such SWC as the one in Warsaw is a sense, it is probably hidden. And the care with little in common. Never mind the prosecutor. His behavior was easy to predict. But it is just a cog in the machine of the enforcement and the judiciary. And those, as we know, are sick. Besides, the whole Polish state is moribund. Such a downfall of this land throughout its history, has never been seen before. The Communists left behind scorched earth – literally and figuratively. Brains were sterilized as they need it to transition, which gave everything to losers, while the winners end up with empty hands. And so it takes today, enriching the next generation of post-communists. Successive governments, outside the period 2005-2007, were and are post-communists governments, appointed and led by the now supposedly non-existent Military Information Services, and Security Service.
Yet precisely here is the source of sympathy to Prime Minister Putin, Smolensk crime, and in the economy, the economic collapse of the Polish state. I wonder how long Polish people will let be robbed not getting anything in return? For over twenty years there has been feverish sale of national assets. As a result of a shrinking labor market and rising inflation. Where is the highest in Europe, the economic development of Polish? If you can not see it on the market - either you are lying Mr Tusk, or you steal Mr Tusk with the rest of the gang. Another logical explanation I can not see. Not after this we entered the European Union to pay extra for it - also in cash. Few people know that our annual contribution to fund the EU far exceeds all EU subsidies. We are told that Germany is the largest UE contributor. They forget to add, that while there are still more the beneficiary of that fund. Everywhere you hear the mantra in Poland: there is no money! On social programs – there is no money on health care - there is no money for education - there is no money. Stop stealing, it will be money. Introduce Sharia instead of the Talmud, and there will be more money.
We have to drastically tighten the penalties for theft and apply them in practice! More stringent penalties for bribes - when the money will flow. Post-communist political magnates will have to think three times before they are to reflect a negative sign for the Polish gas contract, which makes us dependent from our greatest enemy, the Soviet Russia for a long, long time. And pay them twice as expensive for gas than the rich Germany. There is no money? And where are to be taken if government wants to sell a very prosperous Lotos and Enea for less than half their market price? And to whom? Again, our "friends" the Soviets. Is that supposed to look like the diversification of energy sources? I would call it sabotage.
Mr. President Chavez, if I write to you, it is only with the heart. In order to complain. Only. You have your own problems, your people in the spotlight. I write because I’ve heard a lot of good things about you.
I trust you. Besides, it is impossible to see the merging of common historical features on our countries. Venezuela, like Poland, has been exploited, robbed of natural resources. You was the first who said - enough! And not to just anyone - the global superpower. And today Venezuela is oil rich nation. Keep it up! For me you're a national hero. Like our Jozef Pilsudski. It's a shame that Poland got that weak since then. I know that as a socialist you do not like the Communists, who under the banner of Utopia and Zion, quietly made ​​their genocidal, quite mundane goals. But you must balance between Putin and Obama. Russia is far away, so does not threaten you, because you're going to move closer to it in principle "the enemy of my enemy is my friend." And rightly so! Likewise, the Poles, feeling the breath of prey back the Soviets, seeking care in America. But America as an ally is not worth much. For a resultant of their own interests with the interests of Israel. They lead a dependent foreign policy. America betrayed us once – they sold us into slavery to Stalin, which lasts until today. Today they also entered into an alliance with the Soviets over the heads of the nation. There is a wise saying: "If you can count – count on yourself". Only that does not always succeed.
Mr. President, I am writing to you because my president is dead - murdered. In the eyes of the world, with a full audience. And no one not even a finger beckoned to help him. This is the pseudo-democracy in civilized Europe. Political murders are on the agenda. Law, the constitution is for show. Every day counts brute force, death squads, tanks and gas. All the time talking about democracy in the middle of Europe. About Poland. Alexander Lukashenko is criticized for the lack of democracy in Belarus.
And if Donald Tusk and Miller dispersed peaceful demonstrations and hunger demonstrations of workers? In supposedly free Poland. Can we compare the number of undetected and unmounted economic and political killings in Poland and Belarus? Activity of death squads here and there? It's not the president was killed in Belarus, together with his wife and a hundred ministers and generals. Can Belarus in broad daylight in the middle of the city killed two employees of the office or the parliamentary opposition party Law and Justice? What happens to the killer? Is it really in jail? And hiding from the public the crown of evidence is not one big proof? I am referring to the flight recorders, known as black boxes and the wreckage crashed plane packed with Soviet bugs (do not be confused with the ruling elite in Poland).

Poles, it is so difficult for you to note that the neighboring powers (Germany and Russia), armed with records STASI and KGB hands of their pay communist agents, make the fourth partition of Polish?
