ACCA CAT Qualification

    Hello,

I'm just writing in the hope someone can help me or advise me,
I am looking to do the ACCA CAT course but am completely confused by everything they are explaining to me.

My scenario is I have a qualification from college and have 2 years and 9 months work experience in an accountancy office which finished in May.

From my college work I have been given exemptions from all the subjects in Diploma in Accountancy and Business.
When I enquired I was told I still have to send in TTR1 and TTR2 forms.

My question are simply despite having the Diploma part would I have to go back and do the lower levels:
Introductory Certificate and Intermediate Certificat which only help lead on to the diploma part that I already have?

Any help and information on this subject is appreciated greatly.
