UPC Network Question

If I get one of UPC's Internet, TV & Phone bundles will they wire network cables upstairs when installing the router ect? Ill probably give them a ring soon but I just want to see If somebody had this done before

Need network in one of the bedrooms upstairs, The router they provide isn't great at such distances
