First year IRC Channel

Decided to start an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) channel for the firsties so we can get to know each other. It's at #UCCfirstyears on Quakenet for those of you who know what that means.

For those that don't, there's a web-based chat program here. You can go there, enter your nickname (Your boards one would make it easy for us to know who we're talking to) and enter "#UCCFirstyears" for the channel.
Assuming nothing goes wrong you'll connect and can chat with us.

Also for people joining, a lot of the times there might not be much/any chat going on, or worse, no one there.
If there's no-one talking say hello and leave the channel open in the background or something while you browse boards or look at porn or whatever you do online.
If you're lucky people might start to be social.

Hey everybody, just letting ye know Screaminmidget and I have decided to get this going again, for first years and everyone else, as a way for everyone to get to know each other and have a bit of a chat! Here's the steps!
1. Go to http://webchat.quakenet.org/

2. Type your boards name into username.

3.Type #uccfirstyears into channel.

Screaminmidget and I are on it anyway so if you feel like a chat come onto it!!

Just said I'd bump this again, if anyone feels like coming on for a while it's a great way to get to know a few people and have a bit of a chat with everyone! There's usually someone on it around this time so if you're not doing anything else, come on!
