    hi ive 17 inch alloys on my astra at mo/ was goin to get 4 steelies with winter tyres included for winter as alloys dont have great grip. maybe size 15 inch winters. my q is will i have to do anything else with the discs or brake pads when downgrading to 15s from 17s. or will they just go straight on. thanks for any replies in advance.

    Measure inside radius of steelies you are going to put on then measure centre of brake disc to outside of caliper . If the size of the radius of the inside of the steelie is greater than this, then it won't fit. If not, I don't see a problem.
