Not for all law. I enquired about it for the LLM, they said they didn't do it.

    No idea about business, sorry.

Hi! Starting with Griffith in September full time - have had a look at the moodle system they use and reckon you could get away with missing a few of the lectures on the part time program. However two points

    1) I tried to study PT Business with the OU and one of the first things I was told is - "you need to give over a number of hours (12-20 per week) you can't cram the course". I got behind because of work commitments; tried to cram and flunked! (This was a 60 credit year 2 module had no issues with a 30 credit year 1)

    2) If you want to do distance learning why not go with the OU who are probably the best distance learning uni in the world?

Cost is about the same per year but you can take six years to do the degree rather than trying to cram it into 3! Alternatively go and do an MBA sounds like the job you're doing is pretty intense you may find you dont need an under grad degree.

PS I'm doing Law - Griffith have an excellent rep for that (so I'm told) but the natural choise for Business seems to be DBS?

i was doing computer science part time at night before they discontinued it due to lack of numbers in my final year, i have to do the rest at a distant learning to finish it, but one module wouldn't work like this and i have to attend day classes on a Wednesday, i wont be doing it this year because i can't secure the time off work but have done for next year. They told me its at the mercy of the lecturer

In business you can pass some modules without attending most classes but there are some you wont get past without going to class, it entirely depends on the lecturer. Some deliver good end of year revision while others dont even put notes up on moodle. I am not sure of part time but I have people in my full time class that dont atent regularly due to work but sail through the years, I am in final year now.
