DTV-T and DTV-T2 capture cards

Basically, my set up is a Saorview ready TV, and an old laptop turned HTPC. What I'm looking to get is a capture card to put into the HTPC in order to use it as a PVR as well. DTV-T is obviously a must, the T2 would be nice for picking up the HD stuff from the North when they switch over.

Are such cards available yet?

Because it's such a limited market so far any T2 cards I've seen are way too expensive as in £90+.

There is also a USB jobby. PCTV Systems DVB-T2 290e nanoStick HD TV Tuner. Its about £60 new.

The above are intended for PCs. A USB T2 dongle for a laptop is equally expensive e.g

It should also be noted that decoding HD needs a fairly decent spec laptop. Many "average" laptops would not be up to the job.
