Online registration-help?

    I (tried to) register online today. I got as far as the 'Online Payment' section, ticked the boxes accordingly and clicked continue. The next page just said;

    "Your Personal Details are shown below. Please update the fields. You must complete the mandatory questions marked with a * to proceed."

    Except there was nothing there? Just an option to exit, which I did, and the page closed. When I logged in again my details were there along with the picture I uploaded...thing is, I don't know if I've registered? I read in the guidelines that a page would come up with a pin and e-mail and I would have to print it off but I never saw that page. Anyone able to enlighten me?

    This morning the webpage wasn't working so maybe they're still having technical difficulties?

    Hi there, yes I was having the same problem today also, I rang the online registration helpdesk around 4:40 and the gentleman on the otherside of the phone said that they have been experiencing similar problems and getting a lot of calls in about it. He said that it was indeed technically issues on their side and suggested the best thing to do was to try again on Thursday as he expects all the issues will be ironed out by that stage.

    Same here emailed them yesterday they just said keep trying but its obvious they havnt fixed it so keep trying isn't going to work.

    Okay thanks, was scared I was the only one having difficulty. It's so annoying I would love to just get this out of the way and pick up my student ID. :cool:

    If you looked at the site recently and tried to register you'll see they disabled the 'Online Registration' link and added a message above it saying;

    We are currently experiencing issues with Online Registration. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by these issues.

    Please retry again at 3pm today.


    So there you go! :)

    It now says “Online Registration is now unavailable until further notice.” -_-

    I'm getting worried now. handbook says you had to register within 3 working days of accepting your cao offer.

    I accepted my offer on monday. I only got the email regarding registration this morning but the registrations thing has been down all day and my 3 working days is up at 12 o'clock tonight :/:confused:

    Don't worry - it's not your problem the system is down so surely that deadline goes out the window now.

    I paid straight away so didnt even try the pay later.
    What I thought was weird was they didnt tell you how much you were supposed to pay, they just gave you a choice of picking whatever you wanted.

    Registration is offline until further notice. No biggy, itll be available until 30th Sept anyways. IM sure they will have it fixed in the next day or two.

    Still not working for me.
    I'm getting the following page after I press Continue on the Online Payment page.

    Clicking exit just closes the window.

    yup happened to me this evening, pressed upload and it just kept saying error?
    ill try ringing the helpline in the morning - maybe they'll be able to help!
