    I posted that I had read the charter, and some mod comes charging in claiming I haven't and banned me? what?!

    Let me clarify, I read the charter as requested, posted to join and was banned straight away. Now I would assume that this is because I used the wrong application, but I couldn't find any special code words or whatever I needed to sub into the forum post.

    This has nothing to do with the Help Desk. If you had read their charter, you'd understand why you're banned.
