Glowworm Ultimate - Pilot light gone

I've the above gas boiler but discovered yesterday that the pilot light is not coming on. When I switch it on the fan etc starts but thats it. Anyone know if this can be easily fixed? I know nothing about gas boilers so I dont want to start messing around with it.

You need a Registered Gas Installer.

if the fan is running but not sparking i.e trying to light then it is most likely the gas valve, if the fan is running but there is no attempt at starting then its most likely the air pressure switch or the fan is too weak to make the air pressure switch

sorry typo there, fan running and sparking then gas valve would be suspicious , fan running and no spark then more likely air pressure switch or fan too weak
