Not only has this been done before, but the previous OP was better.

    Bullsh*t.

They also had Mark from Westlife and Laura Whitmore in their campaign. I think they are aiming for the kids more than adults, and the kiddies love Jedward!

I dont get the point of a battered Louis Walsh advert as well.... he's not a child, and it makes me wish someone HAD battered the little troll.

This is more like an advert on why you should beat kids. I guess their marketing team missed the mark on this one. The trick is to show someone who people don't want to see with bruises on their faces.

I drove past this an hour ago an thought "Jedward all bruised and battered - cool idea".

    http://lostchildreninthewilderness.wordpress.com/2011/08/14/dublin-ispccs-anti-bullying-campaign-shows-jedward-bruised-battered/

So basically you are agaisnt this anti-bullying campaign because you want to bully the people in the ad.

Indeed. Next they'll be using Ahern and company. Christ help the children.

Nothing more pathetic than someone talking about beating a celebrity because they think they are annoying. Stop reading your tabloid rags and watching your celebrity takin a shít and you wont see enough of them to know they are annoying!

You should have seen two young fellas covered in bruises in a bullying awareness ad when ya looked at the poster. Instead all your reality brain washing kicks in and you head to the internet to gossip and rant about them. Well done you.

Seen a few of these posters around and was thinking its a bit odd that most of the people in them I wouldn't mind seeing battered!

I have nothing against them really, you can't control what kids like.

It's the celebration of talentlessness and mediocrity that bugs people.

It's gotten out of hand in the past couple decades, you can't seem to go anywhere these days without these mongos forced upon you.

Cant seem to go anywhere without listening to mongos complaining about them either.

You don't need to read the tabloids or watch reality shows to get a large dose of them. They're everywhere. I wouldn't advocate beating them up but they are ****in annoying.

You listen to words on a screen?

“IMAGINE IF EVERY CHILD KNEW THAT NOTHING CAN EVER HAPPEN THAT CANT BE FIXED BY SOMEONE WHO CARES”

Is it just me who had to read that a few times to get what they meant? Worst slogan ever.

Or maybe, just maybe, he's referring to people not on Boards. Did your smartarse comment fail?

Not necessarily no, he/she quoted me. He's (she's?) also had a go at a couple of others so far for attacking his/her heroes.

I naturally assumed he was directing the mongo crack at me.

Also, if there had even been the slightest semblance of wit in his post I would have made far more effort with my retort.

    Cheers.

It was directed at your post in which you mentioned "you cant go anywhere without these mongos being forced upon you". I wasnt calling you a mongo just lumping everyone talking about them into the mongo category. Whether you love them or hate them your giving them too much time and making them what they are.

I'm a man by the way and they are certainly not my heroes.

I have no idea who Laura Whitmore is. I feel so cool now that I'm outside the loop of pop culture.

    My brain still hurts.

It sounds like something the two imbecilic gobshites would say. Maybe they came up with it!
