I have been accepted into a college course and really want to take it. But I completed one year in a college course 3 years ago and dropped out without completing my final exams will this affected me getting a student grant??

yes, it will affect you getting the student grant for first year.

if you had a break of more than 5 years, then you could be classed as a second chance student, but since you are only out of education 3 years, then no, you wont be entitled to the grant for first year.

This probably means that you would have to pay full tuition fees this year and would be ineligible for a grant for this year.

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
