Has money been transferred? Who is monitoring it?

Anyone know? Is it public info? Should it be public info?

    Could make interesting reading!!

The only information I'm aware of is that certain developers are being paid a wage to see out the completion of "some projects" according to NAMA.

NAMAwinelake is an excellent site for reference purposes.

But there is actual construction work ongoing yes and that is being paid for which is apart from the salary an individual maybe on!?

Are the details of it available to the public like say the cost of a new school build may be?

I haven't read that level of detail being released by NAMA (on the namawinelake site).
If these details were disclosed I would be reasonably certain that the website would report it.

Is NWL the only authoritive source on such like?

With Fg/L in power and trioka in town have any NAMA conditions changed and could they be obliged under freedom of info etc?

If anything dodge ever came to light in the future could such funds be open to C & AG scrutiny or such like?

Will developers getting these construction funds to complete or what they have become have to file accounts in the CRO in a year or two and disclose their various incomes / spends etc?

Yes should be made public, our money in taxes are covering the losses these gamblers made. I'm not going to go into Paddy Power and cover the cost of somebodies elses bet. This is what we are doing.

The NAMA report for 2010, final observations « NAMA Wine Lake

€900 Million was approved to June 2011 with €240 Million actually drawn down as at 31/12/2010. Interesting to see if they report on how these perform.

With NAMA having less than a 20% completion rate on approved sales (on one hand you have NAMA trumpeting “approved sales” of €1.9bn in 2010 and on the other you have the reality of a more modest €363m actually booked), I'm just wondering when the NAMA fanboy cheerleaders will come out to us and start their self flagellation.

When are they likely to report on this?

Looking at the March quarterly accounts (Cash Flow from Operations-National Asset Management Limited) it appears an additional €90.6m was advanced to borrowers in the quarter ended 31, March 2011.

This number should be updated in the same place in the June accounts which should be released around the end of September.
