Gamersgate refund

    Hi there,
    I bought a game on gamersgate and I currenlt cannot get it to run on my pc. When I try to run it it say that my pcdoes not meet the minium pc requirements. Is there any way that I can cancel the game and get a refund?. I have downloaded it but I have to used the serial yet.
