    Hello Ladies!
Just wondering if anyone has suggestions on the above?
I am in my forties, heading to a family wedding on Saturday and don't know if it's a "one fits all ages" or if there are different ones for the "mature woman":rolleyes:Is it neccesary atall?
Any recommendations would be gratefully recieved:D I normally just use foundation on the odd occasion I go out but would like it to look nice for the wedding. It's gonna be a long day!

I only use a primer for special occasions or nights out. I find that your make-up goes on much smoother and it stays on longer, especially on the redder areas like nose/cheeks/chin. I had used a few different ones and the best one that I found is Smashbox. Call to one of their counters and ask for a sample primer. Great way to see if you like it or not before you invest.

I wear Smashbox Photo Finish primer every day. I think it's really great at keeping my make up in place. Smashbox have a few different primers so try get to a counter and try them out to see which one suits you best.

+ 1 for smashbox primer you could bring in an empty small container and ask the girl at the counter to squirt you a sample before you buy.

    Thanks for the replies ladies!
It seems that Smashbox is the favourite;)
Would I get this in Debenhams? Seeing as I am in Meath, Blanch would be the nearest to me. Also how much is this to buy?

    Thanks

Yep you'll get it in Debenhams. It's around €40, depending on which one you go for.

My daughter doing a Make Up course at the moment, better not mention name of Institute seeing at it not me doing the course, in any case her intructor recommends the Avon Primer, Magix Perfector I think its called, he uses it himself as a make up artist. A little cheaper especially as it only for a one off occasion.
