    Hi Guys

I had one of my front teeth reconstructed about 20 years ago. It was like a white filling? Any ways it was lose for a week or two, now it has fallen out.
I'm basically look for information on how much it will be to replace this filling? I'm a bit concerned at how much this may cost me, I dont think I will be covered on my PRSI for this.

    Thanks,
    Nabber.

I was thinking it woulf cost €600+

I am going to go to my local dentist in the morning. I'm hoping your price estimate is right.

600+ would be more in crown territory.

    Good luck,

Check up was covered on PRSI

Xray, Polish and front tooth filling €160
Dentist checks children under 12 for free with every paying adult. So got my sons teeth checked too. Very friendly clinic highly recommended.

I can claim back 50% of cost through my employers health insurance scheme.

Quite happy it didn't turn out to burn too much of a hole in my pocket
