As the thread title says! Looking for this bag or something similar for college, preferably a tad cheaper, being a student and that! Just wondered if anyone's seen anything like it around the shops? I don't mind ordering it online if needs be but I'd like to see one before I buy it, make sure it's big enough for all my stuff and that!

Canvas backpacks are really popular at the moment so its likely you'll see these on the high street this autumn, but you're looking at paying that much for them to be honest.

There's some cheaper alternatives on amazon here. Or you could try TK MAXX.

You should try the camping stores down around capel st., you'd be surprised what they have in stock. That bag is quite like some of the army bags or fishing gear bags they have sometimes. they tend to be way cheaper than the highstreet, plus they're a bit more authentic and rugged, good quality.

also looking for something similar, but with thicker straps, and that would hold a 13" laptop, as well as an A4 pad (I cant tell these things by the pics!)

(I know theyre all mens, but womens bads are so impractical and my shoulder is broke from having a one strap handbag all the time!)
