    Hi,
today I changed my network to meteor but I cannot get any service on my iphone. I have rang meteor and they said that everything has went through so it's a problem with the iphone. Do I have to change any settings or what? any help is much appreciated. By the way I have it jailbroken and have ultrasn0w installed.

By jailbreaking as far as I know you void your warranty. Try restoring it to factory settings and taking it back to meteor to fix, I think if you restore they cant tell you jailbroke it in the first place.

Im assuming you put the Meteor sim card into the iPhone? Is there still signal on the o2 sim card do you know?

By "no service" what error message (if any) are you actually getting?

In my opinion an Iphone without a jailbreak is completely restricted capability wise. Yes, a jailbroken Iphone will void your warranty but if you just restore the phone in DFU mode it deletes all traces of the jailbreak. Jailbreaking is the only way to go if you want to actually use the phone to it's full potential.

Anyway I have the phone unlocked now and it's working fine. I just rang o2 and they sent my imei on to apple and a few days later all I had to do was connect to Itunes and hey presto it was done.

Did you unlock the phone yourself or did you get a phone shop to unlock it for you?
