Turn on home sharing on both iTunes on the same network. Then just select all songs and import over onto your new comp. You may need to authorize your new computer to play songs you bought off iTunes.

There's an app you can download called Tinker Tool - it lets you enable extra settings in preferences, one of them being to show hidden files, i.e. the songs on your ipod when it's plugged in. There's a guide on how to use it here. It's a little bit tedious, and the song titles won't come with the files - but it works if you want to transfer from ipod to computer. Might be some help!
