Eheim media other than Zooplus

I bought a Eheim Professional 3 2073 filter from zooplus.ie and have now found out they don't sell replacement media for the filter.

They don't sell the mats, the bio mech media or the mech media.
I've basically been duped into buying a use once and dispose of filter for €130. They also misrepresent the media they are selling as for professional 3 filters, but not informing you which professional 3 filter it's for, it's in actual fact for a larger filter that they don't even sell.

Does anyone know where I can buy these parts? I would hope to find somewhere in the west of Ireland (Galway) or somewhere online that takes debit card, I would have to borrow some ones credit card otherwise.

I'd prefer to use someone other than zooplus as I wasn't happy with their customer service. They gave me back what I paid for the wrong filter but ignored me after that, they also continue to sell the product inaccurately despite me bringing the mistake to their attention.
