Avoid 7dayshop - terrible service

    I have a few gripes with 7dayshop

    1) they do not post negative reviews. that is their right to do of course, it is their business, but then why allow customers to post reviews at all? i certainly would have ordered a different product and spent a few euro more had i known the product i was getting was so terrible. they do their customers a disservice.

    2) they have terrible customer service. my order was shipped to me in multiple parcels. after receiving some of my items i waited for the rest and they never came. i used the online contact form to tell 7dayshop of my problem. they said to wait a week for the rest of the items, so i did. when the items never came, i contacted them again. i got the exact same response, only this time to wait another 10 days. i told them that was unacceptable, there is no way an items would take that long to be shipped from the uk to ireland unless it went the wrong way around the earth. i finally had to open i dispute with my credit card because 7dayshop did not want to actually address the problem.

so in the end, i had terrible customer service and the products i did receive were terrible quality and not worth the money i paid for them.
