Rent Allowance Dundalk

So after a lot of running around, I finally got the CWO out this morning to check my place for the rent allowance. She's asked me to call into her tomorrow to "discuss it". I'm assuming she'll tell me if I've been approved or not, but I was wondering if anyone knows what I should bring with me? Especially if you know the norm in the Dundalk area. I was told by a friend that her supplement always goes to her landlord, but I've heard more recently about cheques being sent to the claimer and even collecting in the post office (I'm going on BTEA in 4 weeks which will be going into the bank account, so that would cause some problems). Any info at all would be great, I don't want to be caught rotten tomorrow having to wait until Thursday when she's in again.
