    hmmm, I'm not so sure, I see lads saying they were asked to return stuff to China, and just one guy saying a replacement CD came from China (which sort of even infers the original didn't). But I saw none complaining about it coming from China.

    Unless you saw one I missed?

    Perhaps he has a sort of drop shipping arrangement going, has a partner in the UK posting stuff out, but the partner doesn't deal with returns or deal with customer complaints etc.
