I had the same set up when I joined them and they gave me multi room. I cancelled because the bills got too much. But now things have got better I want to get it back and they won't give it to me.

I'm trying to give them more money and they wont take it! I want to get hd, multi-room, and add skysports!

Is there any way around this without cancelling magnet?
