Hotpoint Fridge freezer issue

Hi guys, I have a hotpoint fridgefreezer and it's giving me a couple of issue. the fridge bit is working fine but for some reason the freezer doesn't seem to be freezing. It's not that old 3 to 4 years max. Any ideas? Thanks emc2
