You can contact the college and see if the course you want to be on is full and if they'll accept any more applications for it. There's no guarantee's though.

Most Colleges will accept late applications, provided you can sit the inteterview fairly sharpish. I didnt apply for my PLC until near the start of septemeber and I still got accepted, so there is hope!!
