    being on fire nearly dead then jumping in water to extinguish flames, then getting your foot caught on something you cant see in it and drowning

    but burning by far

    Id imagine drowning is quicker. Burning would be slow, and you'd feel your skin melting, then your eyes, then slowly your intestines turn to goo, as your body temperature goes up a few degrees.

    People who have come very close to drowning talk about a point where they "let go" and everything gets calm and peaceful. People with serious burns talk about the pain being horrific.

    If that wasnt on offer, then fire, or rather smoke inhalation in my sleep. Its one of my worst nightmares to be trapped under water and drowning.

    Actually drowning is one of the most painful ways to die. Very slow, cells being deprived of oxygen one by one. About as horrific as you can get!

    Would say the same about people who voted drown as worse, people only die from burning after a long periodic time and every nerve ending has burnt away. With drowning u will have a min or2 of panic but when go under your first inhale of water with no oxygen to the brain you feel peaceful. It really is one of the better ways to die
