    Nope just webOS,

If anything PC's are making a come back... PC gaming is once again surpassing console gaming giving its superior power etc...

HP are just redefining their business... they will just sell the name to someone else AKA franchise out and away they go.

PC manufacturing is a low margin business these days. HP will likely sell to a low cost Chinese manufacturer, like the way IBM sold to Lenovo.

PC's are still essential tools for business regardless of what's happening in the consumer space. There are not many companies replacing their desktops with tablets. PC's will remain workhorses while tablets and other ultra portables will take over the entertainment roles.

PC shipments are increasing, not decreasing.

Tablets and smartphones have taken a bite out of growth rate though and, as sink says, it's a low margin business. Some companies are looking elsewhere for growth.
