Hi there, I got 590 in my Leaving Cert so I qualify for a certificate scholarship and I am going to defer the course. Does that mean that I can;t get the certificate as I am going to college next year instead? Also, if I get upgraded to 600 after appeal does this mean I will be entitled to 50 per cent off accommodation and…

Hi there,
