    Hey,

Im a 24 yr old fella and still dont have a fully grown beard. I couldnt grow one if i even tried (which i have) My facial hair is VERY sparce and sometimes it can be very embaresing not to have any. I have good growth above my upper lip which makes it look like im growing a moustach with very little (if any) facial hair anywhere else.

Does anyone have any suggestions for creams or supplements that i could take to improve this please??? Il try anything at this stage

you are lucky.Having to shave every day gets old fast.Facial hair growth is mostly genetic.Do you know what kinda facial hair your dad had at your age?

Dads genes = 50% probability of being the same as yours. Look at uncles and granddad on your ma's side too. Beard takes different times to fill out. Mines still not all too thick 22.

No point being embarassed. Doesn't make much difference. Many other more relevent measures by which to judge a man. And Boone will know your beards slow. They'll think you take being clean shaven seriously. People don't think that deeply about other peoples beards.

OP don't be too worried, as already mentioned having to share all the time can get old really really fast.

Whilst I like shaving with a DE razor I still take days off from shaving, however my facial hair grows like mad so I even after one day I start to look somewhat homeless. Hell even on the day I shave by the evening I look scruffy

On the other end of the spectrum a chap I work with is in his 30's and I'd say he gets 4 days without shaving.

Does Zinc help with hair growth?
I have a patch of lighter hair I'd like to see filled out.

Medical advice is not allowed for obvious reasons

OP - please consult a relevant medical professional if you have concerns

I'm the same age as the OP. Don't worry about it all that much. I just enjoy being the baby-faced one! I always joke that I'll be the one still pulling young wans when the rest of them are looking old. I play rugby too, and every November we get a laugh out of my "efforts" at growing a moustache for Movember. for those who don't know www.movember.com

Anyway. I wouldn't let it get to you. I shave 2 or 3 times a week, and it doesn't matter a whole lot if I get up late and don't have time or anything. Just get on with it
    Embrace the babyface!
