Anyone else having trouble with their emails?

I've been sent numerous emails over the last few days from people in my class and haven't received any of them, I've also sent myself emails from 2 different accounts and haven't received them either. I haven't received and email since the 7/8/11, and it's not like their all going into my junk folder.

    Anyone?

Probably something to do with that changeover to outlook (I think it's outlook?) recently.

Best thing to do would email IT dept in college, you cn get their email from itb.ie.

So there's a possible problem? Havn't gotten an e-mail about a practical repeat yet so got slightly worried over it.

Is that who I should contact? Or does anyone have a better idea?

Has anyone actually received any emails since the 7th of this month?

    From an email:
    All Students,

Phase 1 of the process to migrate your email system from Microsoft Hotmail to the Microsoft hosted Exchange platform is complete. Your new mailbox will be available from Friday 29th July at 14:00. Meanwhile, your email is all still going to Hotmail, and you can continue to use the Hotmail until advised to the contrary.

Please note that your email address will not change and you will continue to access your email using your same user ID and password.

When your new mailbox is available, you'll need to do a few steps to complete the system setup process:

    1. If you use Outlook, add your Outlook Live account to Outlook. Learn how at Set Up Outlook 2007 (http:// go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=209703), or Set Up Outlook 2010 (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=209704).

    2. Transfer your calendar information from the Windows Live calendar (https://calendar.live.com) to the Outlook Live calendar. Learn how at Transfer Calendar Data from Windows Live (Hotmail) to Outlook Live (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=209705).

    3. If you have set up email forwarding in Hotmail, set it up again in Outlook Live. Learn how at Use Rules to Automatically Forward Messages to Another Account (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=209708).

    4. If you have created contact categories in Hotmail, set them up in Outlook Live as distribution groups. Learn how at Create a New Distribution Group (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=209707).

I got that email a while ago alright, but I had absolutely no idea what half of that means or how to get onto outlook itself. No idea why Laughing Jokers link couldn't have been put in that email, or an email sent around to tell us the Hotmail account is going to stop working and how to actually get onto the new one.

Who's the genius that decided the best time to change over was during repeats?

    Cheers though lads, rant over

And they felt the need to change why??

Btw anybody who's doing the info management repeat by any chance, what the hell is going on with it? Apparently I'm the only student not to be contacted about it and the lecturer is on holiday (according to her automated response).

Anybody know what settings to use to get this set up on an Android phone? I've googled numerous sites and try nearly every combination of settings but can't get it working!
Have Gmail retrieving my emails for the time being but they're not being pushed, think it checks every half hour or so.

    EDIT: got it working!
