US Government Kidnappings: 1969 - 2010

I want to finally blow the lid on a despicable conspiracy that I have known of for a number of years, but which my conscience can no longer allow me to suppress. My time is short as I write this, my knowledge is dangerous, so I will concern all with only the most important details, but I must make explicit now before I continue: in a matter of days I WILL make my identity and involvement in this clear, I WILL provide more details, and most importantly I WILL provide clear and irrefutable evidence that everything contained in this post is accurate, truthful and FACTUAL.

I am a British born national, living for a number of year here in Ireland (hence why I publish here), involved with SOG during the Vietnam War, working on the ground from '68 - '69 as part of the Phoenix Program. My PRU was tasked with targeting VC sympathisers in villages predominantly loyal to the South Vietnamese government. We specialised in kidnap and remote interrogation, of which I will not divulge any more unnecessary details.

Our specialty and experience of kidnapping specific targets was duly noted by our superiors. In March of '69 we were tasked with an insert/extract mission none of us could have expected; to infiltrate a Vietnamese hospital in Phan Thiet and extract newborn babies.

Between March and May '69 we completed at least a dozen of these kidnap missions on various hospitals and orphanages along the front line, extracting over 50 babies in total. Each time these babies were transported to a MASH unit, given a quick medical assessment and brought to a waiting chopper, which promptly departed with CIA personnel. No explanation was ever given, and no questions were ever asked. I personally believed the babies were being used for propaganda purposes, in some way or another. But little did I know, until many years later, that they were to be used for something far more sinister and evil.

My military career ended in the mid 70's, after which I returned to the UK. As mentioned, I will divulge more details about myself when needed, but right now that is not the important factor. During the late 70's I was contacted by former colleagues in the SOG, and indeed members of my old unit, who felt such shame and guilt at their actions during the spring of '69 in regard to these child kidnappings. I decided, along with a former colleague who shall remain nameless on his request, to look further into this issue, and try to find out what happened to the "kidnap kids".

As expected, my investigations were absolutely fruitless. Of course no declassified papers made any links or mention of such activities. Discussing our missions with non-CIA affiliated contacts was of course out of the question, but even in the rare instances when I could talk freely with former CIA operatives, and indeed those still in a position of power, reactions were hostile to say the least. Who would want to be associated with something as shady as the kidnap and trafficking of newborn babies?

I had given up all hope of ever finding an answer to my questions, and attempted to put the issue to rest, which was of course impossible given the nature of such things, and it was a memory that has consumed my life entirely since my time in Southeast Asia. That was until the summer of 1999, when I was contacted by a former superior who had just been discharged from the CIA after his final operation at the end of the Kosovo War. He was somebody who I had approached before regarding the kidnapped babies. His reaction a few years previous was no less hostile than anybody else, but this time was different. He told me of something he had seen during a stopover at Berat-Kuçovë airbase in Albania circa 1998; a CIA MI-17 chopper destined for an Albanian black site loaded with young teenagers of Asian ethnicity. These teenagers were neither bound nor hooded, they were sitting freely, although all were sat extremely rigid, as if well drilled and disciplined. They took no commands or orders, yet seemed quite at ease with their surroundings. He investigated further, and had discovered in base reports that this "cargo" was referred to as "GenjiU17"...a most unusual name for a human transport. He told me that he would pass me on further details of his discovery.

Indeed, later that month I received these details; top secret CIA documents from the past 40 years that sit here in front of me. In it are details of the operations that first began in Vietnam in the late 60's, operations that began with my unit kidnapping Vietnamese babies. Operations that continue until this very day. Let me tell you of some of the details that lie within these amazing documents:

* Vietnam '69 was just the start of the US government kidnapping babies of non-Caucasian ethnicity. By 1975 the US had similar operations all over the world, including Pakistan, Iran and Nigeria. The largest operation is the kidnapping of Chinese babies, codenamed Genji, which began in the early 80's.

* The babies kidnapped in Vietnam were originally transported to US soil, to remote US military bases. By the mid 70's this was deemed a severe security risk should such practices become public knowledge. Instead, babies kidnapped all over the world were transported to secret CIA sites in friendly countries. At present the largest of these sites where kidnapped children are trained are located in Albania and Romania.

* I estimate that between 1969 and 2010, over 6,000 babies have been kidnapped by the US government the world over, and brought to these sites. The vast majority of these detainees, ranging in age from newborn to 40's, are Chinese.

But what are the US government doing with these babies? I can answer that, even though the truth is most shocking...

Firstly, and by no means the main objective of this plan, is the placement of sleeper agents in China and other "rogue" states that are at odds to the global interests of the USA. Many Chinese sleeper agents hold positions of considerable power within Chinese society and indeed the Chinese Communist Government. These sleepers are extremely well educated, trained in many forms of combat, computers and machinery, and yet are indistinguishable from their fellow countrymen. They are not aware of their position, as CIA mind control techniques have rendered them dormant until a keyword is broadcast to trigger their pre-programmed behavior. US sleeper agents are present in many world nations, most notable of which are India, Pakistan, Iran, Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Sierre Leone. Indeed I can provide evidence of these sleeper agents working on the ground in Libya in support of the "rebel uprising".

But there is an even more sinister element...

Many of the babies kidnapped were used for experimentation rather than training. It sickens me to report that I have evidence of the US government spending billions on research into a genetic/biological weapon that will attack a population but only destroy those of a predetermined genetic code. An ethnic bomb. The current generation of sleeper agent carry this genetic disease that can be unleashed at the mere utterance of the trigger code.

And it does not end there. Reading these papers it is clear that the US intends to use these agents to set off nuclear dirty bombs in allied nations, to allow large scale invasions of nations it perceives to be a threat and responsible for "terrorist nuclear detonations".

The final secret of these documents I am reluctant to divulge, as I fear that I will be ridiculed. But divulge I must, for this information needs to be made public. The remaining thousands of kidnapped Chinese babies, now many of which are of adult age, are being trained to stage a fake Chinese invasion of the US East coast. This is planned for the Autumn of 2012. Civilian casualties will be massive, with US home forces initially reacting slowly to allow for massive national and international outcry. But the US will have vast forces ready, on sea and in air, in range of China, ready to invade mainland China. This staged invasion will give them the incentive and approval they need to invade, overthrow and occupy China.

I must leave you now with this information, as time and outside forces are against me. I know it is hard to believe, difficult to divulge, and sickening to contemplate. But I will provide these documents for examination in the coming days, mark my word...

Could you clarify for me - how do sleeper agents kidnapped as babies and raised in CIA bases manage to pass as regular citizens of the target countries? WIthout backgrounds or anything, you'd imagine they would attract suspicion.

Now that you've revealed this astounding story that would be headline news all over the world if you gave the info to The Times, The Washington Post or Wikileaks here on a sub-forum on Boards.ie, your work is surely done. Although we can't verify any of your claims and those other organisations could, you can rest assured that this astonishing story is in safe hands and will somehow reach the rest of the world...

A few points if i may, first of all try to cut down on the jargon, when you post revalations like this it is distracting to read about you being in SOG or what your PRU was, when I read this it just screams out that your trying to flesh out your story with something realistic.

So cut down the jargon, maybe up the emotional side, can we get some more about how its effected your life - always a good angle.

Also I would begin the next post with something to throw to the unbelievers, maybe try saying why you are posting it here instead of sending it to the new york times.

Also cut down the story into small bitesize chunks, throw in some cliffhangers - they are always fun.

I suggest having a better villain - maybe throw in some specific names, how about you develop one of your former colleagues into the villain - a shocking twist can be very useful to cover up holes in any story.

I think the most important thing to do is to deflect the people who ask for proof, tell them your on the run or something, maybe your files were stolen by that former colleague - betrayed by a loyal friend!.

Dont get bogged down with logic, keep it going, be brave with your story - if asked a direct question e.g. why was a British national kidnapping babies in Vietnam for the US army - you might want to say that as part of a SAS unit you were chosen to train others in the art of infiltration etc.

Too obvious, try someting else - how about you were orphaned young and sent to live with a stern (but secretly gay?) uncle in Montana, a former marine (or maybe an uptight teacher) who instilled military life into you from a young age, the other kids made fun of you but you fought back to be the toughest kid around and followed that fighting spirt into the army, this is good emotional stuff and can deflect questions very well.

Just a few suggestions, probably no use as I fear that we may never hear from you again due to the evil forces cacthing you in their cold grip... lets hope not.
