Rescheduled test date query

I had a test scheduled for the end of July but I cancelled it on the basis that I was nowhere near ready to take it without failing. Anyway after I cancelled it I got an email receipt confirming the cancellation, which also said I'd be getting another test appointment 'in due course'. That was a month ago, haven't received…

That was a month ago, haven't received the new test date, does it take this long to process or should I ring them up and see?
